My daughter was on a Haggis hunt in Scotland. She said they are really cool looking animals but taste like S#(#. She could not finish her meal...though the hunt was a great success.

They went with Highland Laird Outfitters.

Again, she didn't cook...it was the king's servants that cook the food. Of course, they cook to satisfy the king not necessarily to make something gourmet.

She did say the terrordactyl was very good. I think they mixed it in a white powderery substance and then ate it. But many unicorns were spotted in that trip.
