Bought a 1972 Airstream with lost title. Is it worth the hassle to get a new title?

Probably not. Just using for a lease camper but if it was stolen I would not have a title in case it was found.

You don’t have to have title to be contacted. Just write down identification number and if it does get stolen report that and they’ll put your number down to contact.

I would just get a temporary paper trailer tag, to move it from property to property and not worry about it.

Was the seller the last person on title? If so you can go get a new title with copy of his driver license and form. Done it a few times.

I would love to get an airstream some day. No idea if worth to get title or not. I'm sure there is some hassle to it.
