Looking for dove hunts within an hour or so of DFW

The title pretty much explains it. I am looking for a place for myself and my two sons to hunt while the two grandsons bird dog for us. Let me know of anything you might be aware of.

    Thanks el mucho

You'd be welcome at my place but since the rain I'm not seeing any birds.

Thanks for the offer, Graysonhogs. Anybody else? This would only be a day or two of hunting.

You might try this guy. He has 143 +/- acres around Rhome. No sunflowers, a couple of tanks. Just a place to go. Seems like a decent enough guy. I bought spot for the season. I think he has day, and weekend, spots available.

Go to Texas Dove Hunters on facebook and look up Jonathan Rust's posts. He is down between Ennis and Waxahachie. He had 24 hunters on 120 acres of city sunflowers that all limited out. Plenty of spacing for taking young kids to be safe.
I hunt on his season lease field and everyone there limited out too, which is just 1/2 mile away.

My cousin leases about 10K acres of various corn, wheat and milo fields in Collin county, around Nevada.

Call Chris @ 214-502-2413 and tell him Joel referred you.
