    Pirahna Toothbar

If you have a Kubota BX subcompact tractor, a Kubota B series compact, a Kubota L series, or a John Deere compact you need one of these.

The Pirahna Toothbar will turn your small tractor into a cutting and digging beast. I installed one on my B2601 and it is awesome.

I have a lot of multiflora rose (wild rose), Honey Locust and Hedge (Bois d Ark) saplings. I could push them over and dig them out with the factory cutting edge, but it took some time. The tooth bar will just cut right thru them and it makes digging out the roots much easier.

I just finished installing a culvert at a creek crossing. I dug out an old rusted out steel galvanized culvert that was almost completely buried and completely full of dirt. I cleaned out the creek and installed two 15" HDPE culverts. I installed headwall on each end with bags of concrete mix. I did some of the work with the factory straight cutting edge. After I installed the Pirahna Toothbar the difference was amazing. It is easy to install and is not very expensive.

Here are some pictures of the install and the culvert job.

It appears to slide over the cutting edge and bolt to the sides of the bucket

how long did it take for you to get it? custom measurement or was it one they had pre made? i ordered one about 5-6 weeks ago and still waiting for it to ship.

Each tooth bar is custom made to your bucket's width. If you're cutting edge is worn they want a picture of the cutting edge looking at it from above. The tooth bar bolts on with two 5/8" bolts. The bar has tabs that fit over the existing cutting edge.

This video shows exactly how to mount the tooth bar.
