Bug I.D.

We got these little beetles in the house and are trying to figure out what they are. Any help is appreciated. We live on North Padre if that helps.

looks like some kind of weevil not sure though.

It looks like it just pooped on your counter.

not sure, but kind of looks like a click beetle

Looks like a weevil. When we lived on the coast, they got into everything, cereal, flour, corn mean, dry dog food. At times, half the stuff in the pantry that was in a bag or box, had weevils in whatever the product was.
We never did get rid of them even having exterminators come out all the time, likely because they were in the food, when we bought the stuff, then they hatched and multiplied.


Looking at it again, it may be a little big for a weevil, but may be some type I have not seen.

Weevil was my original thought. Found them on my palm flower outside. Have no idea how they’re getting in the house...
