    Discount tire

Did something change there?? I’ve always bought my tires there for the last 15 years and they have been very reasonable.. Some one have me two new tires for my trailer and I went to get them put on and they wanted $85 to do two tires.. Seems a little ridiculous..

I’ve always thought they were high but they do have good customer service to make up for it at least

They charged me $51 after tax to remove old tires and put the new ones on and dispose of the tires on my wife’s 4 wheeler. I did not buy the tires at discount. It was all 4 tires it was done last week .

Couldn't tell you...never brought tires to them to install. They've always been good to me on the tires I buy from them. Especially repairs or warranties. No complaints.

I am curious to see how they handle my new trucks tires since I technically didn't buy from them. Hopefully they look at the long list of tires I have bought from them in the past and take care of me when I need them.

I'd try to find somebody local for $42.50 a tire though. Maybe a little used tire joint that will take care of them.

They usually charge more to put on tires not purchased there. Won’t make much money if all they did was install tires and not sell any

One closest to me charges a dollar per inch of wheel. Don't know why it is more expensive to mount a 16" than a 15", but that is how the charge here.

If you have history as a customer with them they will take care of you.

I’ve bought my last 2 sets of tires here on TBH and took them there to have them mounted. I don’t recall what they charged but I know it wasn’t $40+ per tire.

Both used sets I bought had replacement certificates on them. I didn’t have to use them on the BFGs I bought but I’ve replaced all 4 of these Toyo ATIIs that I bought. $40 each for the replacements.

I spent probably $4500 a year with them for a long time.

Then they refused to mount a 285s on a factory 7” rim. Then they refused to TOUCH a dually with spacers on the rear, wouldn’t fix a flat on the front. I can’t remember what else they ****** me off about, but I took my business to an independent, and I’m much happier.

Here in the last few years it seems the fees to do this and that when buying have gone up.

I had two trailer tires replaced recently and balked at the price and he "met me half way" on the certs for them. It's funny how they have wiggle room, but need a little squeeze before they offer it up.

Also learned a while back they are only warranting trailer tires for 3 years after purchased date - thats with their certs.

I buy all my truck tires their, trailer tires and camper tires. for years, Great warranty never been let down on their warranty, full replacement at cost of the warranty. usually only $40-50. They are there to make money.

They refused to sell me commercial truck tires to use on a a trailer a few years back, so I bought them from discount tire online and drove them up to the local store to have them mount them. He told me "you should have bought them here and we could have saved you some money" , I just smh and told him I tried. I guess different rules apply depending on the guy behind the counter.
