Need a good home for a good dog

This is a very challenging thing for me to do. COVID has obviously had unprecedented impact on all of us. It has put me in a position where I need to find a new home for my dog. I have a 14 year old lab/blue healer mix who is an absolute sweetheart and is very well behaved. She suffers from incontinence and refuses to take medicine for it and therefore wets the floor just about any time she lays down. She is otherwise in good health for a dog her age. She has had no major health issues and we keep her current with shots etc.

I spent a great deal of time training her when she was young. She heels, walks without pulling on the leash, and all of the normal sit/stay type of things. My kids have untrained some of her fetch-discipline but she plays well. She loves to play but certainly has more heart than endurance these days.

As with anyone who is having to find a home for a beloved pet, I'd love to find a loving home where she'll have plenty of opportunity to play outside. If you can think of anyone who may be able to take her in I'd greatly appreciate hearing from you.

Not a bunch of folks going to line up to take a fourteen year old lab off your hands, How the the heck do you get rid of a family pet after fourteen years, wow your a strong dude, fingers crossed she finds herself a great home for the rest of her life.

I certainly recognize how big of an ask it is; only out-sized by how big of a decision it is. Times are tough.

Hoping for good luck to come your way so you can keep her.

Is there any way someone could help you keep her. I don't want to get into your business but if you need dog food or something like that I would be willing to help.
