I agree, this was a great song, until the stations ran it into the ground. I cringe when I hear it now.

Jason Boland - "Somewhere Down in Texas", "Mary", and my favorite "Proud Souls"
Stoney - "Dirty Fightin Love"(Boland sings it as well), "Times Have Changed", "Steel Heart"
Brandon Rhyder - "Man of Conviction", "Backroads", "Merry Go Round"
Wade Bowen - "Who I Am"

Boland and Stoney have been tops for me the last 8 or so years. If you ever get a chance to see them do an acoustic set together, get your rear in gear and go! Can never go wrong with Waylon, JJW, Willie, Ragweed, Bingham, or a thousand others. Been jammin Jamey Johnson's album a lot lately as well.

                        AWESOMEE SONG!!!! Good taste!

I like many types of music especially country. Texas country is first rate and some polished up Nashville country I can listen too. I like older stuff like Jerry Jeff Walker, Townes Van Zandt, Robert Earl Keen and Waylon and Willie and Bocephus of course... I also like newer stuff like Roger Creager, Kevin Fowler and Cross Canadian Ragweed. I like it all man, I just don't listen to the radio much... mainstreem music just ain't got as much heart.

Ok sorry I got off topic. Favorite songs. "The pickup Truck Song" Jerry Jeff Walker. "Long Line of Losers" Kevin Fowler.
