      Too many variables. Is it native pasture, improved pasture, good fences, water, working pens???

        Can you still find lease pasture? Seems it doesnt change hands in our neck of the woods......

          ag leases are usually 3 year contracts. I have 2, one grazing lease in edwards county and a farming lease in N.D.

              In Mills county about 8 to 10 dollars per acre for native pasture.

                We paid $10 an acre in Taylor county. With good fences, water, native pasture with dividing fences and working pens
