Hornady customer service is top notch...

I broke the handle on a cam-lock bullet puller trying to remove bullets from a bunch of old 270 ammo I'd loaded. They were stuck like Chuck and kept pulling out of the collet and I just couldn't seem to get it tight enough. Well, the handle finally broke off. It was my own fault and I was pretty disgusted. I got to looking around for another one and thought I'd check Hornady's site to see if they sold just the handle. I found the entire bullet puller, but not just the handle assembly.

I emailed Hornady asking if they sold only the handle. I got a response back pretty quick asking for a picture so they could evaluate it. I sent them the picture yesterday and this morning I got an email stating that Hornady was sending me a replacement free of charge!

They didn't have to do that, but I sure am appreciative!

I deal with lots of companies in the shooting/hunting world and I can honestly say that Hornady is one of the very best when it comes to customer service. Great Folks!

Had a same/similar experience with RCBS on them standing behind their products.

It’s been my experience that most reloading equipment companies will replace parts of you call them.

I moved recently and lost the locator pins for a Dillon 550 conversion. I went to order some online, but was unable to as my billing address and shipping address was different. I called the next day and they sent me 4 new ones for free.
