My cousin's son (my nephew?) Started up a little guiding business on a private pond. He asked me to help him this morning and the sorters were able to pull a 3 man in about 2 hours. 4, maybe 5 teal and the rest were Gaddies. It was a fun hunt with a few rookies.

Best hunt of the year on Saturday. 4 man limit full of mostly gadwall, plus 2 widgeon, 4 scaup and 5 canvasbacks (two drakes). Canvasback and cinnamon teal off the same Central Tx tank this year.



Yes, we hunted all four dogs, and it was awesome. Great practice on ‘honoring’ the other’s retrieves, a main focus for all of our hunting group in dog-training this year.

That's impressive to hunt 4 dogs. I have hunted mine a few times with one other but never three more. Well done.

Had a barrel burner Saturday morning in Hankamer. Killed a 13 man limit of all greenwings by 7:30 in the morning.
