20-21 Official Duck Thread

24 this morning in an hour and a half! Mallards we’re all over a couple days ago when they scouted but they split and it turned into a ringneck and gray duck beat down. Fun morning though! Had a widgeon. Couple shovelers and a redhead too. Saw lots of geese. Had Eichens chicken last night. Good start to the weekends!!

Slow morning for us. Only 10 total including the first pintail of the season and a goose kicker

Extremely slow morning.

1 bird only, but at least it was a nice green winged teal for the wall. Shot a total of 4 times

We’re about to slow down without a good runoff rain, soon. First split was good & we’ve been doing ok but just not seeing many ducks. Maybe a few thousand a morning compared to 7-8k first split and like normal for this time of year.

Looking bleak unless we get a weather change that gets the rivers up. I wouldn’t plan on coming here, honestly.

Was planning the weekend of the 1st but iv checked with buddies in central AR and northeast AR all said the same lowest water they seen with low numbers of ducks. Like you said unless something drastic changes in the next week and a half idk what im gonna do
