    Type of lizard

My daughter caught this lizard at our ranch in eastern panhandle. She wants to know everything about it and I don’t even know what kind it is in. Anyone know?

When I was a kid we would catch them and tie a thread around their neck and attach the other end to a safety pin then pin them to our shirt pocket the let them crawl around on us like they were our pets.

I had a girl friend in high school that was forever pulling loose threads out of my shirts. I caught a small lizard and tied a thread around it and hung the thread out of my pocket. Broke her of the habit.

I have two of them living in my Barndo, while I build it out. I assume one is male and one is female. I call them Bonnie and Clyde. Keep killing the spiders, scorpions, and other bugs, and I will keep giving them water.

Fence lizard. I assume it has blue on its side when you turn it over.

Maaaaaan. I haven’t see those in years. They used to be abundant over here in East Texas. Caught them all the time as a kid. Couldn’t tell ya the last time. Those blue sides/bellies are awesome.
