    car help..again

Got a 98 Suzuki Side Kick. we thought it had sugar in the gas tank so I pulled the tank off and cleaned it out. It was spotless but I drained all the gas anyway. Changed the fuel filter and ran a tank of Stabil and Lucas fuel injector cleaner through it. No improvment at all so it must be something else.

Heres what it's doing.. It starts kinda rough and then purrs in park as if nothing is wrong. The idel is perfect no breaking at all.

When you put it in drive and give it gas it wont go and kinda stalls out is you give it to much gas to fast. If you go real slow with the pedal it will go and you can get it going pretty good. If there is a hill it wong go unless your rolling pretty fast.
It does the same thing in Nuetral so I dont think it's the tranny.

Oil and tranny fluid are good. She runs cool.

Almost what he said... "breaking down."
          That's what I'd try next.

If its fuel injected, then possible fuel pump. need a fuel pressue test. And as stated, could be secondary ignition also. Needs to be diagnoised. Bolting on parts can get expensive.Good luck

It sounds like an ignition problem maybe a coil going out. i don't know anything about this kind of vehicle try www.automotiveforums.com they always help me out. My f-150 does exactly the samething when one of my coils go bad and like I said on the earlier post if the check engine light is on have it scanned.
