In Need of a Roller to Pull Behind a Tractor

Does anybody rent these out? I only need to use one for about a month so I’d hate to buy one for that small amount if usage. Just need to pack down and smooth out some freshly plowed dirt.

Just called them and they don't have anything that would work.

Get a chain harrow. Can’t beat one for the price and does a great job busting clods and leveling.

I have a nice drag, but the NRCS is requiring me to roll and pack the seed bed.

Local farm and ranch store in Cross Plains rents a cultipacker. Might check with one in your area.

Did you ask the NRCS office if they have a recommendation? The office in Abilene has several suggestions for local guys when I did a similar project.

I’ve asked them for recommendations on other projects and they weren’t much help. I guess I can try.
