I agree...somewhat. The camera is pretty close to the ram’s head which makes it look way bigger than it probably is. The ram’s head (not the horns) looks to be the same size as the hunter’s torso. Just the nose is almost the size of the head of the guy on the right. That’s the “fishy” part to me. It’s a sheep...not a moose.

That said, it could be a huge ram, I don’t know.

No, actually a sheep. Not that there's a lot of useful difference.

Compare the size of the guy's boot. In my mind if that's a normal size 12 and you line it up with the snout, the ram is actually not that big.

Poor guy, that thing had it rough for along time before that hunter showed up. Good thing they caught up to him, he would have suffered a long death.

Those rams over there get huge, the only thing I cant determine from that picture is if that right horn has a big ridge on the bottom of the photo, or if that is a rock that they used to prop the head up.

Doesn’t look photoshopped or anything, but that is a HEAVY use of forced perspective to make the ram look as big as possible.

Doesn't look like an Altai Argali to me unless he got seriously bugared up somehow. This is what a Mongolian Argali looks like.

Is that a monster stone sheep On the right?
I always wanted to hunt stone sheep after reading a jack o’conner book till it fell apart and my mom threw it out when I
                Was in university

Yep, stone sheep. Physically hardest hunt I've ever been on. The Argali hunt was relatively easy as far as mountains go. Great adventure. Sheep hunting is awesome!

Mostly the proportions and the pockets of fuzzy focus— usually a mark of hack photoshop work.

Those sheep get to be 300+ lbs and make our bighorns look like lambs.
Dam those are some large rams. I would still love to hunt and kill a Ibex.
