Covert E1 question.

When looking at the camera in the app, the battery says 20%.
The stamp on ea picture says 9/full.

Brand new batteries.

And..... if I just now activated this NIB camera, why are there pics on it in the app, from someone else's setup several months before I purchased it?

Any insight is appreciated.

I would double check your IMEI and ICCID in setup, I was 1 number off once and it showed someone else's pics. I had to delete it and re add it to my account with the correct numbers. Aside from that I have no clue.

Covert said cam was definitely used, not new.
But.... they gave me a new firmware to DL and it should fix any issues. Said the battery display was a known issue from the start but new DL should make it good as new. ��

None of my Covert's battery displays are correct. I have had the battery be completely dead and show 90% on the app. I also do not believe their trouble shoot notification works either. To me it is nothing more than a gimmick.
