Seafood stuffed poppers, smoked wild caught Tuna provided by Biggs from his TBH off shore trip, along with smoked squash with garlic.

Dipping sauces- Homemade Yum yum sauce and Siracha Honey aged Balsamic from Noisy Water winery and cellars- Ruidoso, NM.

Haha I'm actually an Aggie with the ring and paper to prove it, but I can see where this may be a long standing TBH joke like pea gravel and gutting deer in a Walmart parking lot and getting a VE for it.

I may be a stolen valor Red Raider too since I have two diplomas from the Texas Tech Health Science Center...is the HSC the Blinn of Tech? People may say I'm a fake Red Raider.

Joking aside, I think sometimes life is too fast to realize how blessed we are. Fast times, bad times and bumps in life's road are temporary. Get back to basics and appreciate, food, family and friends and give thanks for it.
