Bought license online yesterday. Was looking at it on my phone just now and noticed my Fed Duck Stamp is valid from 8/18/2020- 10/01/2020. Why would it expire before the end of duck season ?? Will I have to pay for another one after 10/01 ?

You won't have to buy another one, that's just the temporary until the physical stamp arrives for you. -

Yea, I saw that a couple years ago, and said, No way I'm gonna do that until I learned that the date is for the receipt's use as a temporary license, not for the actual license or stamps/endorsements...Comment

One year they diddint send my physical stamp and the next year they sent me two. It wasn’t very long after receiving the second one that I recieved a letter threatening me to send it back.Comment

I quit buying them online or thru the store after not receiving them in the mail on several occasions. I only buy them in person at the Post Office now. When I pay for it, I want to leave with it right then.Comment
