I am guessing she had never owned or drove a 4x4 vehicle before to know what 4 low feels like. Or she just that type of person to not think something is off and should be looked at right away.

BUT...I guarantee that you noticed it immediatelyhow anyone could overlook that issue when they started to drive would be beyond me. But I have learned in life, that there are some truly oblivious people in this world
