Kawasaki Mower engine rebuild ??

Can you buy oversized rings for these engines? I’ve got a 21.5hp on a mower and it’s burning over a quart of oil to mow 1ac. $1600 for a new engine. Thought about tearing it down this winter but didn’t know if I had to do any cylinder work can I get different rings.

If they do offer .025 over rings the cylinder would need to be bored.
