Processor Recommendation in Cisco / Cross Plans area

Got a new lease this year between Cisco and Cross Plains. Just got feeders going week before last haven't been out to check the cameras yet. But being optimistic that I'll be in need of a processor this season which processor would you recommend?

I used to use Rust in Cisco and never had a complaint

Rust (between Cisco and Eastland) reopened year before last under new ownership. I know one of the owners - he is very hard working and determined to do things the right way. I only took him one deer last year - turnaround was quick and both summer and german sausage was quite good.

Mike and Ed's did a good job on my buck last year. No complaints and very friendly
