Does your email have to be hacked to receive emails like this? Seems like they could sign you up to receive emails without actually having your email passwords. Just curious.
I would make sure you have multi factor authentication set up on all your financial sites. This requires a text in addition to password to access. Also consider LastPass to make your passwords stronger (password manager).
I canceled my debit cards just to be a little safer. I want to do all I can to keep anyone from emptying my account.
I will set up multi factor authentication for those that don't already have it set up.

This happened to me recently! Someone hacked one of my shopping accounts and put fraudulent orders in under my name. They then email bombed me just like what happened to you so that I would not notice the purchase emails.
DO NOT SELECT ALL AND DELETE! It sucks but you have to delete each email one by one until you find the account that was hacked. Then call customer service for that account and have them cancel the order and change your password.
It'll take a long time to unsubscribe and block all the email lists you're now on. I'm down to just a couple spam emails a day that I have to continue blocking.
Good luck!

I called my bank and canceled my debit cards. They suggest closing my account and opening a different one.
Doesn't sound like you've been hacked, but someone signed you up for every dam thing.
Agree changing passwords and such is a good idea.
Wish I had more info on how to get Google's help.

There are skimming programs that pick up old emails and allow the skimmer to use them as an address to send out mass mailings. It's usually associated with malware. But could be used to access sights for what ever benefits them at the moment. I also know Yahoo servers got hacked a couple years ago and it affected a couple million accounts. But they had not seen any trace of it till recently. Also, once someone registrars an account, what's to keep them from changing their personal email to your email addy to provide a no-trace? I'm sure a server tech could prob look at the tracks and tell what the previous email was before it was changed.
Also, look for an email in one of the other folders besides your spam or trash. And see if there is an unrecognizable e-mail in one (if you don't have a zillion categorized folders). It may look like it's been read or unread. But may have links in it to other places you've never been. That e-mail may be the skimmer email. A lot of security systems software will sometimes miss those emails.
