I while back someone posted some info on getting a CHL, could someone please post it again? Can anyone tell me a good place to go in the Austin area. Some plac with a good instructor and relatively cheap. I am thinking of a late valentines gift for myself from my wife.

Since you live out in Cedar Creek, a good and close place to go is KR Training. It is off HW812 a few miles before it hits HW20. A great place to go out in the country with a relaxed atmosphere. A side benefit is he lets you use his shooting range free of charge anytime just call first if you take one of his classes. I went back in Jan, thought it was great.
