Sam probably wasn't going anywhere but Texas when he was recruited, but it is interesting with the (accurate) comparison to Tebow that he went to play for a coach who made his name under Urban Meyer.

Texas did this a while ago. However most of the action before the games is not on the campus or stadium grounds.
