Hard to tell from the picture but might be a Mississippi Kite.

Not even gonna venture a guess have been watching 3-4 broods of hawks and a couple of buzzard nest. They all start out as little white fuzz balls then grow their flight feathers that look absolutely nothing like the adult birds. Most are just now getting their wings under them and getting airial acrobatics lessons from mom.
Just be happy with-juvenile raptor!

We got Miss Kites that nest and have for over 15y every summer about 2 houses down from me..About all I ever see is them sailing around ..so i never seen a view like that..But I think Miss Kite is it..

It’ll guys are right about it being a kite . I saw the parents flying around , the juvenile is still in my yard just sitting there . Hoping Neiborhood cats don’t find it .
