Still just wranglers and T-shirt for me, the more holes the better!

I did look at some of the others mentioned above and may branch out one of these days.

Prana are great pants, lightweight, dry fast, stretch, few extra pockets with zippers, fit well over boots

Wrangler stretch pants are like skinny jeans, fit is terrible, and im far from a heavy weight

Wrangler cargo pants from walmart were awesome, but they quit making them.

I only wear cargo shorts in summer.

I always wear pants....but wear some light weight ones that I bought at Academy. The have zippers on the legs to make shorts....but I have never worn them as shorts.

I still sweat a bunch....but they aren’t as heavy and hot as jeans.

I wear fishing pants. The lightweight kind a lot of the time.

Shorts and snake boots when it's hot, and just stay away from the tall poison oak.

Usually shorts and snake boots/muck boots but when need leg protection...I go with these. Most comfortable I have ever used and tough enough to protect.

wrangler makes a stretchy/flex version for like 20 bucks with no cargo pockets.

                                Pockets add bulk/weight and zippers/snaps.

I've found them for as cheap as 12 bucks on sale.

I probably own 50 pairs of them - wear them to work on roofs everyday in the Florida heat, to work in at the ranch, and don't ever worry about messing them up.
