CRC Foaming Coil Cleaner applications??

OK, so I ordered some cans of the CRC degreaser / safety solvent & received the wrong stuff...amazon won't let me return it & are going to replace, so what can I use this for since I don't do coils??

I'm gonna try it compared to WD-40 to loosen gunk before I hit it with SS, but figured I would reach out since we have so many wisdom enriched filled cranium members here who have had to wing it...this stuff has a VERY familiar smell that I cannot place & the reason I'm asking. Is it no different than your average engine degreaser where you sprayed on & hosed off?? I haven't used that stuff in years.

I used to clean the radiator on my 4 wheeler. Not sure if that’s a good idea but I sprayed it thick then let it sit for just a couple minutes then hosed it off real good. Seemed to work well

I've used similar coil cleaner on my outside unit a few times with no adverse issues.
