Best tip I ever received was, "Condoms prevent mini vans"

Hunting outfitters are a service industry, and in most service industries, tipping is acceptable for great service. If the guide/cook/hand/whatever are lazy and I don't feel like they are working hard, then they don't get a tip. Now, if they are busting their butt, and I am having a good time, etc... regardless of harvesting and animal (though that helps, they are not guaranteed) I will give extra. When I go to a restaurant I expect good service, good food, and an enjoyable time. For this I tip. The few times I didn't it was for grossly bad service/food. To me, the tip is the incentive to work harder/better... What they list is for base fee. Again, pay/tip what you feel is earned.
