Been without power since Saturday night at 10:00 pm due to Hanna! wife calls AEP to check the status, customer service rep tells her we have power shows that our meter is showing we are using electricity. wife asks are we being charged ?customer service rep answer " yes you are"! going on 3rd day without power ! RANT!
