I have a bunch of skinks around my garage and see very similar droppings. I dont have any toads, that I know of.

I'd go with big toad. I've got one that lives in my workshop and I find turds like that in there. The toad itself is about 4 inches long. It's a pretty fat and happy toad, so it's more like 4 inches in diameter.Comment
