You would need a full version of Adobe to be able to edit, you can't do it with Adobe Reader. Someone might know of a way but I don't.

See if you can save it to a .doc file before editing it. Then edit it like you want and save back to pdf file. You won't be able to edit the pdf file unless you have the full version of Adobe.

you can simply save it as a word file with the .rtf extension then edit it. The only problem is that the formatting may not look as good.

Spur, I have exported the PDF as a Word Doc. It's not perfect, but it's usable. PM me where you want it emailed to.

Here Chris.. I converted it into a Form. You should be able to fill it out in Acrobat and print it but cant save the changes. It is to large to post here... send me your E-mail address...

Sent. 95 % of it converted just fine. there may be a few boxes that you will have to do by hand. this was just a quick Form conversion and they are never perfect and i dont have the time to make it perfect...

My idea was to scan it and put in a word doc. I did this with my last application and it worked really well.

I use the snapshot tool in the PDF Reader to copy the page, then paste it into a Publisher file, Once it is in Publisher I put Text Boxes where I want to type. Works gteat and not much work to do.
