I don't understand why pics are included in quotes in replies....just delete them before posting your reply

Tapatalk takes care of that too. You can choose to display them or not in a quoted thread.
See example below.

I vote to leave it alone it ain’t hard to scroll past photos, or hit the back button...perhaps some could delete the photos in the reply that they aren’t commenting about, but it isn’t gonna cause me to lose an ounce of sleep if they quote 10 pics and say “man I really like XYZ in pic #6”

I get what your saying and it is annoying, I've always thought the same thing

Somebody starts a thread and post pictures of lets say their buck, then somebody post a reply with those same pictures and all that person says is "great buck"......just type "great buck" instead of reposting all the pictures and the original post. Several people will do the same thing on the same thread

Must not be using taptalk. With tt it puts the quote and pics in a condensed window within the post that you have to open to see the quote and pics. I think its nice that way because if you're reading a response to a previous post you don't have to scroll back to the original post to reference what the response was too. You just open the window and there it is. I say leave it like it is. Thats my vote anyway.

yup, i get the reply cool, but pictures after pictures of the same crap is not what i go to forums for. Take a look at the saltwater fishing forum. Seems as though the nay sayers are not in to improving things. These pictures take up space on the hosted server, that slows load time down. Really is a simple fix. If this post is not your cup of tea move along then?!

yeprz, wondered the same thing some times. Is there really a need for 4 or 5 people to repost the same group of pics just to reply? Not a biggy...and not sure why peeps are so quick to jab you for bringin it up..? Snickers for everyone i guess. Maybe it's cuz they haven't learned how to highlight just the text part....like me!
The big ol pics are fun as well. Makes me want to stand across the room and look! If it's something i'm shopping for tho, gotta figure something out!

i think what he is referring to is when somebody hits “quote” and reposts the 47 pictures from the original post just to say “nice!” or “ that third pic is cool!”
