ISO Quality Air Hose

I'm looking for recommendations on some quality air hose. I have several of the 1/4" blue polyurethane hoses. They deliver an adequate amount of air for my needs but I have never found a way to get them to lay flat on the floor. They are continually kinked and pose a tripping/tangling hazard. I have even stretched them between two trees in the sun with weights hanging for several days with no improvement. And, yes, I know how to coil hose so it does not kink.
