I sell cargo, utility, gooseneck trailers. The facility I am in right now is a rental and we are hoping to have a new facility in the next 12 months. We have a 10x30 office trailer. It has a large " carport" style of cover over the office trailer and a huge deck. I need a room that can be airconditioned for our customer to sit in while doing paperwork. I cant have customers walking into the office trailer due to our policies for Covid. It does not appear to be an end to this issue in the near future. All business when purchasing a new trailer is conducted on the porch, through window. I need to build a 8x8 room that will be air conditioned to keep customers comfortable. I am also thinking of using a cargo trailer for this, remove the rear door and axles, set it on the deck and slide up to the outer wall of of office trailer. What would be the best way to seal the trailer to the trailer? If I build an enclosure, it would be 3 sided and setup next to the wall as well. I like the idea of using a cargo trailer, it would help show off options for a cargo and I can put it back together. I can sell it to recoup most of the cost. Any ideas on how to seal it off when setting it up next to office trailer wall? Office trailer has a corrugated metal sides.
