pop up blind for use on an elevated platform

I have an elevated platform that used to have a box blind on it, I want to buy a pop up that is tough enough to sit up in the breeze, only 7 ft or so, and that has windows that are good for bow hunting and shooting down at an angle

    any ideas will be appreciated

    thanks!!

Most will stand up to a pretty good breeze, the bigger problem that I see is the Sun on the fabric. The fabric will not hold up for a long period of time exposed to the elements. The other issue that I see is the shooting angle, the pop-up is designed with a ground position in mind, so short shots would be near impossible.

If you are looking for a cheap cover for your movements, then perhaps CPVC pipe and camo burlap cloth would be a direction to look in.

I have a eastman pop up on my elevated platform but I didn't like the trianglar windows. It was hard to shoot out of it at a downward angle.

I'm thinking of buying that cheap ameristep doghouse pop up from academy. It has those large wide windows that look easier to shoot out of.

the ameristep is what a guy at cabelas recommended, they were out, now i do not even see the on the web site...i would use it for bow season only, then place my other blind out for rifle season...last year i was busted time and time again when on the ground, close up with my bow..was thinking about this an an option to a tripod

          thanks for the input

I'm doing this with a couple of my pop-ups that I felt were hard to shoot out of while sitting in them on the ground. I do like the Primos Vision Ground Blinds but I feel like the windows are a little low on them so I'm going to put them up in the air a little bit!
