Moms golf cart at the bay house runs intermittently. Step on the gas, nothing, then after several times will start up and run. This weekend step on it and nothing, then my son rocked it and it ran fine. Is this a common issue with an easy fix or could it be 30 different things causing the problem?

One of two things;
1-Micro switch on the gas peddle
2- Starter/generator has a burned spot on the winding -

I've had them rebuilt and then I've replaced them. You can do it either way, depends on the price of both and availability.Comment
