First thing is spend $50 a post a Agritourism Sign that meets the language requirements of TEXAS CHAPTER 75A, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE. Then the easiest thing for me was to get an umbrella policy that covered my home and rural property.

My farm liability policy is $500 for 1 million in coverage on 355 acres... I am an agent so I can get a quote for you.

You also may can get your home liability to extend to the property

I use Texas Farm Bureau and pay $94 per year for $500K per individual and up to $1M per occurrence. This is basically a farm liability policy for 20 acres.
