We have never had ours repaired.

Small engine repair folks in Humble on 1960 bypass is a Honda power equipment dealer and is VERY good on gennys. They did three of mine for me and were very reasonable in cost... I had 2 eu2000i's and an eu6500i that had set up too long... was just before one of the storms came in a couple years ago, and they got them done and ready for my pick up in 48 hours.Comment
