Should I buy a 2006 f250 with 335k miles?!?!

Ran into a guy that was offering $7500 for his f250 fx4 with 335k miles. It’s a 2006 white color. Sorry no pics but I will be test driving later today. It’s a v8 6.0 diesel. Never owned a diesel so not sure what to expect on that mileage. It was his daily driver. What do you all think?

Not a lot of good things to say about the 6.0 diesel. Actually surprised it’s still running. Someone has probably done some work on it regardless it is toward the end of its life unless it been rebuilt recently

Although I have several 6.0 fords and only 1 gave me problems, I probably would pass on that.

I would want detailed records of repairs and maintenance,upgrades if any. If it hasn’t been rebuilt it will need serious work soon. I would probably pass unless it was rebuilt and immaculate condition

Is the 6.0 bulletproofed and if so, how long ago was it done? The 6.0 is only worth it if it’s been taken care of and bulletproofed.
