Had same thing, surgery fixed it. Do what your told to do and you'll be fine.

I’ve had the lower back surgery (fusion), it sucked and the recovery is long. I would HIGHLY recommend Airrosti, it is incredible what they can do for pain. They are like a Chiro but for soft tissue and focus on identifying the cause of the pain instead of throwing meds at it or rushing to cut on you. I just had a flare up a couple of weeks ago and they had me painless with 2 visits. I think they average 3 visits for most patients which is pretty impressive. Here is their website, hope it helps.
