Man that's a lot for a young man to deal with all at once. As said before, God doesn't give us a trial that he won't carry us through if we lean on Him. Praying for Landon and you as well. I know how hard it is to watch your child go thru pain and suffering and not be able to give them relief. My heart goes out to you both.
