    Need Pearland area welder

    My buddy (welder) would drop by from time to time to weld and hang out but he unfortunately passed away. I have the small Northern Tool wire welder, hood and gloves that I bought for him to use but have no skill! I'm making two hitch covers (turkey and pronghorn) and need to weld a total of 6". Anyone willing to drop by and weld this for me or perhaps teach me do it myself? Or I can come to you and bring my stuff or we can use yours. The pieces are thin. Happy to pay in $$$ or beer.

    If you come to Needville I will gladly do it for you. We can powder coat them too if you want

      If you can get it to me either at my work in Deer Park or at my house in Porter, I would gladly tig weld it for you.

        That's how we meet the first time. Hows the last thing I welded for you holding up? Your more than welcome to bring your stuff over to Manvel and I'll show you how to use it and weld up you hitch cover.

          A most kind offer. I may do that just see powder coating up close. On this project, I'm sandblasting it, primering it (rattle can), painting it (rattle can) and clear coating it (rattle can) myself. I did a deer one and I plan to match it.
