Still a couple of court battles to go, but there was another win for we East Texans in the fight to keep the city folk from taking our land so they can water their lawns.

Congratulations, I heard TP&W's report as it was presented on the State of Water in Texas. This can be viewed on the TP&W site. Very informative and left you wondering why building that lake would be such a good idea when there is so much inefficiency and just plain "waste".
