My experience with OSHA In construction is when they show Up they want to see the paperwork/documentation as they walk by violations. They don’t know what to look for only what’s written in the books or what has been reported for them to investigate. They operate like any other Government entity DMV, Social Security office, VA Hospital system, I’m from the Government and I’m here to help.
