I am hoping to be at my place this coming Thursday for a long weekend hunt. Might be my last one of the season and hoping to see my target buck so I can get my arrow head back. lol

But my trip will all depend how how my knee is doing. Had arthroscopic surgery done on my right knee last Thursday. Feels ok right now, but will see how its doing when not taking pain meds. Hahaha.

I put dad on a stud 8pt in Anderson Co. This year has been pretty good to my family. I stuck a doe and a 145" 10 on public in oct. Wife killed a mature 8 in Anderson Co in nov (118"). And then I took dad to hunt in Anderson Co and he shot this 8 (130") First time we have sat together and actually killed. We have always had the lone wolf mentality of spreading out. So it made for a great memory to hold onto for a long time. Plus he has never been one to pass deer so I had to coach him through not shooting one really good up and coming 8pt. Fun time for sure.
