Well found his arrow has very little blood on fletchings, and a few pieces of hair. Found zero blood I’ll go back after my morning hunt to grid where i last saw him, but gut tells me he clipped the back of his front legs.

Lol. The “hunter” across the fence from me has driven by on his 4 wheeler at 9 AM and 7:15 PM yesterday and just now at 8:35 this morning. [emoji2359][emoji2371]

So far it looks like all East Texas deer are safe on this thread. The day is still young. Had a good day at the bow lease yesterday with plenty of critters stirring. The does will not be safe this coming week. I'm headed to Houston County for an afternoon sit. We got a few hammers coming in and my dad will be in a stand where one of them is pretty regular coming in right before or right after dark every evening. Hope this north wind switch gets him up a little early.
