Realtor Question

You would be in the minority. Is being a realtor your full time job?

30 years LEO and still have my PI license. But yes, that’s what I do full time because retirement benefits suck. But then again, I am not looking to get rich, in fact if I do one transaction a month I’m good. I think I have averaged one per month for past 17 months. That way I can give my full attention to my client and get them the beat deal and outcome for them.

LoL, before this virus hit I supplemented my income at the poker tables playing some small tournaments. Wish they would hurry and get tables back up.
