Here now. You can float happy hollow in about 2 hrs without walking. Other than that you can sit in the deep spots. Still nice to be out here. The weekend was packed!

We were there in early June, the swimming hole at Camp Riverview was nice. We were able to float from Magers in about two hours with a bit of walking right before getting back to camp.

That is our favorite float. Park your truck and hand them your keys, rent your tube and take the shuttle up river. About halfway there is a ledge you can sit on and take a break. Then float back. Two hours is pretty common.

We like that float too, but the best part of that float is continuing on past Happy Hollow. Way less people and there are some great spots to sit and hang out on down the river. The only drawback is the long walk once you get close to the 1050 bridge.

We did it yesterday all the way to our camp that’s at the bridge. It was too long yesterday with a lot of walking. It’s raining right now but I doubt it will help enough.

We go every year, have done so for the last 15 years. It's usually low with lots of walking and paddling. I can only remember two years with good floating.
