Yep. The box the valves are in is full of water. I'm guessing the valves are the ol gate valves that suck. Making some calls today. Thanks for the help guy's. Anyone have a ballpark cost to have these replaced?

Got it taken care of. It was a gate valve leaking, Todd's guy's were great! Got it done in 2 hours. I got called "sir" more in those 2 hours than I have been in 10 years.
